Grandma’s Biskuitroulade (Roll Cake)

Ingredients:

6 eggs
150g icing sugar
120g cake flour
A little baking powder

Mix eggs, sugar and add flour and baking powder.
Mix till the mixture has “ribbons”
Bake the dough on a flat tray for 190C for 15-20 minutes

After taking out from the oven, let it cool slightly before rolling the cake (with the baking paper still on)
Leave the cake aside and start whipping the whip cream
Spread the whip cream on the cake and roll the cake again, this time removing the baking paper.
